Joel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education, demonstrating his strong foundation in the field of teaching and learning. To further his commitment to education, he pursued a Master of Arts degree in Educational Administration & Supervision, which equipped him with the knowledge and skills to lead and inspire both students and fellow educators.

One of Joel’s favorite quotes, attributed to John McCain, reflects his belief in the value of learning from life’s experiences: “There is no education in the second kick of a mule.” Joel understands the importance of making the most of the opportunities that come our way and using them as valuable lessons for growth.

When he’s not leading the school, you can often find Joel in the kitchen or enjoying a meal. His favorite foods include hearty homemade soup, comforting potatoes, and the sweet indulgence of carrot cake. These culinary delights are a testament to his appreciation for the simple pleasures in life.
